
This is a physical education activity course is led by a trained instructor that will provide well researched exercises to benefit those who desire physical activity within the water. The exercises are performed in a competition pool.
By the end of the course students should maintain and or improve their….
1. Level of pain and stiffness.
2. Flexibility and joint range of motion.
3. Muscular strength and muscular endurance.
4. Balance and coordination.
5. Overall health status.
Swimsuits are recommended. Participants may wear shorts and a T-shirt over swimsuit and pool shoes.
