The training will be conducted by Retired NM Motor Transportation Police Officer/Compliance Review Jerry Masoner. Topics covered during this workshop will include; Driver reporting and Qualification files (what is required to be maintained), vehicle maintenance files and what is required to be included in these files. Other topics to be discussed include the Drug and Alcohol policy, Hours of Service, Pre and Post Trip inspections (requirements), New Hire driver requirements, Commercial Driver applications, some Hazardous Materials requirements for employers, inquiry into previous DOT employer history, and much more.
