Warm Water Strengthening
A low-impact aquatics class focused on improving strength, balance, and mobility in a warm-water pool. Participants use the natural resistance of water and equipment such as noodles and water weights to strengthen major muscle groups while reducing stress on joints. Suitable for adults of all fitness levels seeking a gentle but effective workout.
