Wave Goodbye to Weakness
  Class time 90 minutes.
    
This warm water, low-impact aquatics class aims to boost muscle strength, balance, and mobility in a heated pool. It includes core exercises for fall prevention, strength training with a cardio component, and stretching at the start and end to improve range of motion.

Goals of the Course:

  • Build muscular strength and stamina
  • Boost balance, stability, and coordination
  • Expand flexibility and overall movement range
  • Support joint health and encourage holistic wellness
