This Level 1 Word course introduces learners to the essential tools needed to create, edit, and format basic documents. Participants will learn how to navigate the Word interface, enter and format text, and use common features to produce professional-looking documents.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to create simple documents such as letters, reports, and flyers, apply basic formatting, and manage documents efficiently. This course is ideal for beginners or users with limited experience who want to build a strong foundation in Microsoft Word.

  • Navigating the Word interface

  • Creating, saving, and opening documents

  • Entering, editing, and formatting text

  • Using fonts, styles, and basic page layout options
